What used to be an open-air carpark is now a fancy-pants multi-level job.  I think it doubles as the carparking for the apartments above but there are always heaps of parks here.  Finding a street park in Newmarket can be an exercise in patience and sometimes I don't have much of that left after navigating my way down Khyber Pass.   Never had any damage or seen anything dodgy in here.  You get to use the light phases to exit too - either onto Broadway or Khyber Pass.
