Established in 2015, United Kitchen is the brainchild of Luke Dallow who has converted what was Tin Soldier into Bar 151 with United Kitchen on the level below. With access through a side entrance on Anglesea Street via an unnumbered door recognisable by a 10m-long chef's knife, the intimate restaurant features an open kitchen where you can watch talented chef Tom Williamson (whose impressive CV includes Ebisu and Oyster Inn) at work.

Creating a range of delicious meals with a Kiwi/European influence, the menu changes on a regular basis with an emphasis on fresh, in-season produce.

Booking in advance is essential as world is definitely out!
