I took my boat to Josh 12 weeks ago, they have done nothing but screw me around, 5 weeks ago i was contacted to say would be reary by end of July, again i was contacted to say nothing had been done, this is when i lost all trust in this company, offer the world and deliver nothing. Avoid Josh and team at all costs if you want job finished

Hi Brendon. I understand your disappointment and we apologize for this. But your feedback is not true and not telling the full story. From day one when you bought the boat in it was to be paid for on "BARTERCARD" of which is not a cash transaction so therefore we don't make money off these jobs as you know. We said to you because it is BARTERCARD it would not be priority but we would do it in down time and at this point we were quite so we may get to it within the next month or so. To which you replied "I don't care if it sits here for 6 months". Taking that into account along with it being on BARTERCARD, we did get busy again and your job was not started and was put to the back of the list for when we had down time again. We did offer to try and resolve this once you changed your mind on timing but obviously it was not going to be fast enough for you. Once again we apologize.
