Love Vada! They're the only ones who can handle my thick curly #hair and are so great with follow up appointments!

Always a great vibe with a friendly atmosphere. The stylists are approachable and professional. Been here for a few years now and never been disappointed yet. I would highly recommend. #hair

#hair. Vada is amazing they know exactly what style i like. Vada has many experienced hair dresser. I only trust Vada for my hair. #hair.

Stephanie from Vada knows hair techniques. I went and got my hair coloured which she suggested that I get an under colour foils, so that I won't have to keep doing my roots.

Can't trust anyone else with my hair. It is perfect every time I go there.

Vada is amazing they do exactly what you ask and I go there all the time. Would'nt go anywhere else

Vada Hair Salon has an awesome vibe with friendly staff and the music is great! Andy always listens to what I want and also provides his own suggestions, which more often than not read my mind! Its the little things that make this place special, coffee/tea or wine is always provided as are endless supplies of magazines and those head massages are to die for! I received a little welcome pack after my first visit and its little things like this that really make a difference. I always leave Vada feeling confident about my hair, and what a miracle that is since I have always struggled to feel good about my hair! I will continue to come here for a long time yet. Don't forget to mention that Amanda recommended you to see Andy!

Nothing bu good stuff to say about this salon. Only been once but it got everything right - friendly yet stylish, clean, attention to detail, great reading material, good coffee.

I got my hair cut in the weekend at Vada. I had one of those one day specials which included cut, foil and conditioning. Now I've gotten these before, and my hair cut has always been fine but it's never been amazing. Vada was just that. An amazing experience.  My hair stylist - Devo was great. I'm always a bit lost when it comes to deciding how to cut my hair. I want a change but never know how or what to do. Devo was very friendly and chatted with me to find out my personality so he could recommend a style and colour that would suit me. I decided to leave my hair in his capable hands and see what would happen.  He spoke to the colourist (Lucy) and she went over the tones (there was about 3 different tones) for my hair that he'd suggested to double check that was what I was after. It was great watching Lucy at work. I've never seen someone give every strand the attention that she did. I told her that later and she said "I concentrate really hard when I'm colouring hair, some people get annoyed though because I don't talk". I didn't mind, I'd rather someone focus all their energy on my hair than on the conversation. It was exciting, even before it dried I had comments from other people going "You hair looks wicked, what made you choose that colour?"  And the hair wash. Getting a hair wash at a hair salon is like a whole another experience in itself. It's like while your hair is being washed so is all your worries. And the head massage; it was just bliss. It was quite nice that Lucy washed my hair and not just a helper like many other salons. Then, Devo took over. He snipped away while we chatted. I'd just bought a GHD recently and he showed me a few tips on how to use it on my hair and then he blew dried my hair. I normally don't like my hair getting blow dried, it normally looks too puffy and if it does happen to look good I can never recreate the look. Again, he gave me more tips on how to manage my hair.  I love my hair cut, and can't wait to see what else they can do to it. What's also cool about Vada besides the experienced and friendly staff is that the music is at just the right level and they always keep your tea/coffee/wine topped up.  A lot of people say that these one day sales don't work because people are just after a bargain. Well, I've never had a regular salon (kind of just jumped from place to place normally following the deals) but I think I've found my local, I've even made a return appointment.

Guy Roberts' salon, Vada, is a beautiful inner city salon with skilled stylists and a gorgeous interior of curved driftwood, concrete textures, organic lighting design by Daniel Trubridge and imported wash chairs that cost $6000 each!  I had a haircut with Guy Roberts and was completely rapt with the results. He's amazing.
