Locally owned and operated, Volare provides mouthwatering breads and pastries to the people of the Waikato and Bay of Plenty through our retail outlet and our wholesale supply to local restaurants, cafes and food stores.

We are proud of what we do, and our pride shows in the beautiful bread and pastries that we produce each day. We use only natural ingredients, with no artificial additives. Our goal is to delight our customers with a flavour-some, healthy range of breads and excite them with our deliciously indulgent pastries and cakes.

A sucker for fresh bread, Volare is one of those temptations I just couldn't resist. Beautifully made, handcrafted breads available at their Hamilton store, or from stockists through the Waikato. I've only ever tried their San Francsico Sourdough, but it had a delicious crust with a full flavour.
