Z - Te Atatu Peninsula

Great gas station, always has a promo going on. They also have super long hoses and you can pay without going inside!

I'm really impressed that this Z has now become the cheapest that I've seen out west and central.  Cheap, and the service is really good.  They generally have someone to help you on the forecourt.  When you go into their store, the staff are always really friendly and chatty.  They are happy to help you fill up your car with petrol if you need them to as well.  I definitely feel sorry for the staff on a chilly day - I wouldn't want to be the one standing outside in the cold.  Yet, they always do it with a smile!

Good to see that people still have there heads about them in the morning at Z te Atatu Peninsula. went in to get gas in a rush had very little time to get to work and they made it easy had 2 people working (instead of the usual 1 everywhere else I go) and I was in and out like a flash. Good job guys recommended.

I'm happy to say that our local Z has now brought their prices down to match another Z not far away.  Prior to this they had been a bit more expensive.  They provide friendly service and have a reasonable variety of in-store items.  Their pies are rumoured to be pretty good...

Not sure why we refer to cars as "she", it's always been a mystery to me. But my usual place to fill 'er up is Z in Tat North (sorry Peninsula). Staff are always really friendly and their smiles are not wearing thin, even though they're freezing in the cool box outside while the store is being refurbished. I've had my window screen cleaned (it's the small things) and someone has offered to fill 'er up on numerous occasions. Westie service is hard to beat, and Z in Tatters is no exception because it's never fun emptying your wallet as you fuel up. Go Z!
