The best Yum Char in Auckland, in my opinion. I love that they have loads of dish options, especially prawn and seafood delicacies and that the wait stuff just keep bringing it out. This is my kind of dining. BYO stretchy pants!

I love this emporium, it is an Auckland institution! Whatever you need, for what ever occasion Wah Lee’s is where it’s at. This is the only place I go to prep for Chinese New Year lanterns, decorations and red packets. Gong Hey Fat Choy.

If you’re after a place that’s BYO and has awesome food, look no further! Canton can accommodate any size group, if you make a reservation, the food is delicious, and it’s centrally located. Love it.

I can’t wait to celebrate the Lantern Festival here over the weekend. So happy it’s moved to this new venue - which will surely bring more space and allow less people gridlock. Every year I buy my flashing light headband, over eat on street food and take loads of blurry pics on my camera. It’s awesome.

Love heading out to Tai Ping for a weekly shop! They have a great selection of sauces, Asian veges and Asian sweet treats that you can’t find anywhere else in Auckland. Their weekly sales are worth the trip.
