They have so much delicious sweet food here for less than $5! Melting moments, chocolate brownie - standard or gluten free (both are AMAZING), salted caramel slice mmmmmmm I could go on all day. They also have a great lunch menu and the roast veges and feta on toasted turkish bread is delicious - and only $9.90.

They have amazing vegetarian pies and sausage rolls and all are under $6. So gooooood!

Their bagels are amazing. The place is usually pretty busy so pick your times but it is definitely worth the trip for their delicious homemade strawberry jam.

Great swimming, plenty of sand (and grass) for picnics, fantastic North Head at one end of the beach and amazing views to Rangitoto. Best beach around!!

Great beach from swimming or for walking along. Great place to walk the dogs and a nice big park just across the road with volleyball net set up. There is also a beachfront playground and cafe which will keep you and the kiddies entertained for hours!

Big beach with room to kick a ball (and not hit into anyone!). So close to Takapuna shops, cafes and restaurants so you can pop up for an ice cream then head back and relax on the warm sand.

Great beach right in the heart of Devonport. Lovely views towards the city and Mission Bay/St Heliers. Great place for watching the boats. Grab some fish and chips and sit in the park or on the sand.

Everyone loves a day at a theme park and Rainbow’s End is always fun! Great for all ages and you can easily spend a whole day here. Bring a picnic lunch or choose food from the many stalls.

These gardens are beautiful all year round. Lovely to walk through and plenty of spots for a picnic. Also a great cafe on site.
