Eat. is a great little cafe, not only do they do great food, they also have a raw food menu and they have gluten-free, nut-free, vegan etc. options for any dietary requirement.

I love Tirau, this place is a great tiny town! Been here mostly for dinner - always get the thrice cooked pork belly. Yum!

The tallest waterfall in the North Island, is well worth the trek, not too far out of Matamata, it would take you just over an hour if you hustle. Really pretty hike.

Some friends bought me a bungy jump for my 30th birthday, I loved it. I would highly recommend that you give this a go whether you’re a local or taking an out-of-towner around Auckland. The walk out to the jump pod is great too, the views of the city are awesome!

Not super scary during the day - unless you’re a total daredevil and take all the jumps! However head out there on a Wednesday night for a night ride and really challenge yourself!

This place is a wee drive out of Auckland, but definitely worth it. Scary fun for the young and young at heart.

There are two activities you can do on the Sky Tower - walk around it and hang off the ledge which is pretty scary - as well as do the Sky Jump and do a controlled descent down to street level, which is a quick way to get down!

Piha is gorgeous and one of my favourite Auckland beaches, well worth the drive. AWOL does some awesome canyoning adventures, so a full day to make the most of the absails, slides and jumps!

Loved Hamilton Gardens ever since I went and watched Shakespeare in the Park there. Not sure if they still do that in the summer but its a great spot for a picnic!

When I need some fresh air and excitement I take my bike out here for a couple of hours and get back to nature!

Really helpful guys can get your bike serviced and they give great advice!

Love this track I can cycle past all the traffic on the motorway and take it out to Rosebank rd to go visit friends. And then enjoy a guilt free wine from all the exercise!

Very central, well priced and open most days to at least 5:30 so you can pick up anything you need after work.
