Killer cocktails and mocktails
- 132Chow ToryTe AroWednesday’s and Sat’s = 2 for 1! Great when you’re on a budget (I mean who has $14 for a drink??) Love to pre-drink here with a snack since I’m getting bang for my buck. The cocktails are yum too although I love anything sweet
- 22Ivy BarRoseneathAgain here’s another deal one haha 2 for 1 teapots on saturday One of the better deals in my opinion since you’re getting a jug of alcohol at $20 each… I like being able to get 2 for $20. I think they’re super refreshing and super yum too.
- 30CLOSED NO LONGER TRADING - Vespa LoungeWellington CentralAbsolutly love the chocolate one I got, Have no idea what it was called but simply delicious and so much effort put in as well! It wasn’t busy so that may be why but she really went the extra mile and even put pocky stick on top. Heavenly.
- 49Pan de MuertoWellington CentralSlushy cocktails? Yup. Sooo good I normally try not to get anything with tequila in it but I make an exception for the slushy cocktails! They change as well so expect a variety.
- 520You’re almost guaranteed to get a good drink at a Mexican place but one of the best MOCKtails I’ve ever had was here, I got a G9? Something like that and It was amazing! Could turn it into a cocktail I’m sure… I’d suggest sitting at the bar as the food didn’t exactly win me over.

Yummy spots I never get sick of
- 15Tequila Joe'sTe AroSeriously some of the best Mexican/american fusion food so good.
- 23Taste of India - Te AroTe AroWhat do I love? Seriously this is the best Indian food in Wellington hands down. Been to mint, Tulsi and the various other Indian take outs and this place is now the only curry shop I will go to. It may not look like much but hand made (in front of you) naan and the best curry I’ve ever had will make you never judge a book by it’s cover again.
- 36Mekong CafeTe AroAll I can say is…Grilled pork on rice. Best thing ever! The other dishes are great but that one is my absoulte favourite!
- 42Cube Bakery & CafeMount CookIt’s worth every dollar! We get our birthday cakes from here and the price reflects on the taste. Every time I’ve had one of these people can’t stop talking about how yum it was. They don’t have stale sponge (let’s face it the icing and toppings are the good bit) they use amazing mousses which come in a plethora of flavours. They also have a area to sit and have so many choices (including cake slices) of cabinet food so you can try before you buy.
- 58Seoul House RestaurantTe AroSeriously yummy Korean food! In love with the "sizzle plates" one of those places you leave seriously satisfied and with a food baby!
