I first lived in Miramar 10 years ago, when it did not have a cinema. There was little to do in the evenings at all The impact that the Roxy Cinema has, it that it regenerated one end of Park Road, and now there is a vibrant buzz to the area each evening, which is great. Already, this little cinema, with its quirky and stylish interior and award winning services, has become the heart and soul of Miramar. Great place for a movie, a meal or just coffee with a friend.

This club, which partners with the Returned Services Association, is integral to the community spirit of Seatoun. Outdoor there is a thriving community of lawn bowlers Inside there is an active social club, good food, friendly atmosphere, quiz nights, snooker and a regular Tuesday evening Tai Chi class.
