We visited this week and had an amazing homemade pie from their cabinet. The coffee was lovely and the decor is fun! The staff are friendly and they are also the first cafe in the Manawatu to pay their staff a "Living Wage" which I am more than happy to support!

After School Kids is a very unique option for after school and holiday care for your children. Founded by two teachers in 2001. There is a real family feeling at ASK, all of the children are always encoraged to pursue what interests them and the staff have a variety of different passions from music to sport. I personally recommend ASK I met Christina and Alistair in 2001 when I was 10 years old, they remain some of the most influential people I have ever known.

The club house was purpose built for kids, located on the Massey campus it is perfect for parents and caregivers who work or study at Massey. The kids will enjoy trips to the movies, the zoo and onsite activities like cake decorating and karaoke! The staff love kids and are passionate about making sure everyone has a great time! Discounts are also availible for full time students.

ASAP in Feilding is run by Manchester House Social Services, the staff are helpful and welcoming. They promise to send the kids home tired and ready for a quiet night! Activities can include the kids to the local pools and even a big bus trip out of town. They welcome children from ages 5-14 and also offer an after school care during the term.

The Chill Out Holiday Programme runs in the Lido Aquatic Center along with swimming they also host many other activities and go on a variety of excursions. They offer trips to Wellington Zoo, the ski fields and the unique experience at the UCOL training kitchen so the kids can see what it would be like to be a professional chef! Their activities are divided by age so each age group is catered for. They are WINZ and OSCAR accredited so subsidies may be available.

School’s Out is located in the heart of the city, their staff are great fun and easy for the kids to relate to. Their activities include lots of baking, trips and fun themed days! They have a great open door policy which welcomes families to participate and give input which lets you feel involved in what your child is doing. They are also WINZ and OSCAR accredited.
