Alan Copeman

Alan was born and raised in New Plymouth and began his career with National Bank, holding roles including Mobile Mortgage Manager and Branch Manager. He later established an in-house finance division for a major New Zealand real estate company, building a successful team of brokers. Alan then moved into property, managing the successful sell-down of several large-scale developments before returning to the industry after establishing a riding pony stud in the Waikato. With over 30 years’ experience, Alan has extensive expertise in property sales and development and has been involved in more than $500 million in real estate transactions. He has consistently ranked among the company’s top-performing commercial agents in New Zealand and leads a commercial team in Cambridge. Outside real estate, Alan is passionate about his family, his riding pony stud and the equestrian community. He is a founding member & President of the NZ Show Horse Council and actively supports the Cambridge Community
