Alexander Gaffikin

I’m Sasha, a Residential Real Estate Agent at Buckley & Co, working across Takapuna and Devonport. I help people buy and sell homes, and work with developers to understand their requirements and source suitable sites across Auckland. I’m finishing a conjoint Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Auckland, majoring in Property, International Business, and Commercial Law. I’m proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on understanding what matters to each client. Whether you’re buying, selling, or looking for your next development opportunity, I keep things straightforward, reliable, and personal. My Russian–Kiwi background has given me a global outlook and an easy way of connecting with people. Outside work, you’ll find me playing cricket, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors. Looking to make a move or discuss a potential site? Flick me a message. Sasha Gaffikin 021 207 7797 sasha@buckleyandco.nz
