Andrew Milne

Raised on sheep and beef farms in South Canterbury's Albury and Maungati areas, Andrew gained a profound respect for the land and the tight-knit rural communities that define the region. Following early roles in engineering and a period in Western Australia's mining sector, he returned to South Canterbury and his agricultural roots. For over ten years, Andrew and his wife, Ang, managed a contract milking business, where they oversaw staff, collaborated with owners, and handled the daily operations of a commercial dairy farm. This background provides Andrew with an authentic insight into the opportunities and pressures faced by rural property owners today. As a member of the Property Brokers team, Andrew is dedicated to securing optimal results for clients buying or selling lifestyle and rural property across Geraldine, Temuka, Rangitata, and South Canterbury. He attributes success to diligent work, honest communication, and attentive listening. Supported by the extensive expertise of the Property Brokers rural network, he delivers both personalized local service and the robust resources of a premier national agency. Outside of his professional life, Andrew pursued a diverse rugby career both at home and abroad. He has spent eight years coaching with Geraldine JAB Rugby and serves as a long-standing volunteer with the Rangitata Rural Fire Brigade. In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating with family and friends.
