Having spent over ten years in Auckland’s fashion and retail industries, Lalit entered real estate in 2017, focusing on investment and industrial sales. His dedication to client success led to his recognition as a Top Commercial Broker in 2021 and the completion of numerous multi-million-dollar deals. Currently the Regional Director of Industrial Sales & Leasing for the Auckland Region at James Law Realty, Lalit facilitates industrial sector growth and value creation. Clients rely on his blend of athletic drive and extensive market knowledge for strategic guidance. Outside of his professional life, Lalit enjoys time with his wife and two sons and serves as President of Rotary Counties Manukau, where he works to improve his community.
