Mark Hall

Mark refined his skills at LJ Hooker Palmerston North, Australasia’s top-performing office, under the guidance of New Zealand’s leading agents. He has since built an impressive track record, including over 870 sales totaling nearly $260 million. During his time as Sales Manager for Matarangi Beach Estates, he sold $22 million in 22 months, and in 2007, helped lead his office to become the second most productive in the LJ Hooker NZ network. Having sold property in Matarangi since 2001, he launched his own independent brand in 2010 focused on beachside real estate. Mark attributes his success to simplicity, honesty, seizing every opportunity, and unwavering persistence. Outside of work, Mark is an avid fisherman and diver who enjoys golfing at the Dunes Resort, where his handicap is improving with help from the Matarangi Beach Realty promo cart and the 19th hole. Committed to the community, he has served as a volunteer fireman with MVRFF since 2004 and spent two years with St John Ambulance, believing that small communities thrive when people support one another. He also has a notable passion for Holden V8s. Mark truly loves his profession, feeling that when you enjoy what you do, you never have to work a day in your life.
