Previously serving as a Regional Director for the Real Estate Institute of NZ for eight years, Philip also offers a comprehensive perspective on the national landscape. Married to Margot with four sons—one of whom is a colleague—and twelve grandchildren, he now prioritizes a strong work-life balance. Since founding the company in 1996 at his kitchen table, where Margot once typed every contract, he has watched the business flourish and takes great pride in the next generation taking on active roles.
