Roger previously spent 43 years in the workforce, including owning Carpet Court in Gisborne, before a T3 bowel cancer diagnosis prompted him to sell the business and focus on surgery recovery. Following clear test results, he is re-entering the workforce. Together, they combine Penny’s 16 years of experience, involving over 600 successful negotiations, with Roger’s extensive sales and communication expertise. Many know Roger from the Gisborne Tatapouri Sports Fishing Club, where he has served on the committee since 1984 and as President for 19 years.
