Animates have all your pet care needs sorted! Staff are really helpful and knowledgable too! They are also open late a couple of nights so you can get the after work if need be. 

Consistent great service - excellent range including loyalty program for dog food purchases. Friendly staff and pets welcome instore. Plenty of easy parking in vicinity.

this is my four year olds favcvourtie place to visit - ranked higher than the zoo because we can take the animals home! our sog likes that he can come in too - as long as he is on his best behaviour. we have had alot of dealings with them lately while stockingup our fish tank and have found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.

So much stock, great variety of foods and toys for your pets. The staff were über friendly and helpful .

you can always rely on Animates for your pets needs whatever it may be, Food, Toys, beds etc. They also sell puppies, kittens, guinea pigs, Fish, rabbits. all the animals here are so cute i want to take them all home.

I take my son here often to see the animals and he loves it.  The staff are always helpful and friendly.  No a big fan of the fish display - seems to sterile but other than that a great store.

Animates has the best selection of accessories you will find in any pet stores. A must for all pet owners!!

Animates St Lukes is my local and my most recent visit was not unlike any of my other visits.  The staff were friendly and helpful, the shop was very clean and they had a huge variety of pet food.  I spend a fair amount on the animals, so the loyalty card is a nice treat when the 10$ voucher comes up, or the free bag of food. 

There are always such great specials on stuff which is great because owning a dog gets expensive! The staff are really knowledgeable and clearly love animals. My pooch loves visiting there and getting cuddles from everyone.
