Great vibe and a great work out.

    It's day 5 for me of Brikram yoga at britomart. I'm already feeling stronger . Its such a great work out  and the teachers are fantastic. The studios are amazing, very new and fresh along with the bathrooms , amazing hot full pressured showers supplied with Ecostore flowing soap. Fluffy white towels also on hand ! 

      Bikram yoga britomart is new and is such a lovely clean place to practise brikram yoga . I am a complete beginner when it comes to brikram yoga so starting a 30 day challenge lets say is going to be challenging .Very impressed with the facilities of brikram yoga britomart , just so clean and fresh , heaps of room and even parking available . My first 90 minute class on the first of September was not easy but I feel really good afterwards, can def feel the muscles have had a good workout! 29 days to go ! Weighing I at 60 kgs and very unfit follow me on my 30 day challenge ..

        First time to this studio and it definitely wont be the last. I am definitely a bit of a Bikram Yoga nut, and I really was impressed with the beautiful space (studio) and also the instructors charisma and ability.  Cant wait to go back for my second class.   

          Right in the central city, it's nice and close to work. Excellent teachers and a great atmosphere!
