Former Il Casino chefs Mike and Geoff Moug and Suilian Chan, moved their Italian inspired cooking to Bellagio Cafe five years ago and have never looked back. While setting up a cafe can be tricky in Wellington, these chefs nailed it.
Since then, they have been offering up elegant, yet simple, cafe breakfast, brunch and lunch servings to their Hataitai fan club. They also can do a spot of catering and dish out dinners three nights a week.
Their Supreme Coffee is best enjoyed sitting down trying not to be tempted by their tasty cabinet food.

Bellagio is a hidden gem in the Heart of Hatitai Suburb…I used to live there and so it was my hang out place for a while…When Bellagio has pies on the menu it is a delicacy! No dodgy stuff…all good and organic and sometimes even Gluten Free. So if you happen to spot Pies on their counter food, don’t think it twice…It is a real treat!
