Don't tell anyone, but this little, unassuming Fish and Chip shop is also turning out some of Wellington's best Vietnamese food, all at "street food" prices.
Hidden down Bond street, this is a place you really have to be 'in the know' for it to be on your radar, even from the outside it gives very little away to the traditional and delicious steaming hot Pho that await you inside.
This is the place to fulfill all your dreams of having Vietnamese with a side of chips.

This place is the answer to any shady midday wake up, or any lazy, forgotten dinner. The unsuspecting tiny fish&chip/vietnamese place on Bond Street gets you and all your needs. You can only stomach fried rice? got it! Want to branch out a bit? best pho in town right here! It's not so easy on the eyes but all of the beauty is in the dishes. Good food at good prices, here for you at the worst of times.
One of Wellington's best kept secrets is the Pho at Fisherman's plate. Tucked just off Bond street, Fisherman's plate offers authentic Vietnamese food (and, oddly enough, fish n' chips), at exceedingly reasonable prices. Termed 'Vietnamese penicillin' this is perhaps the most delicious way to keep the colds at bay this freezy-season. A brothy, noodly soup topped with an array of condiments, such as sprouts and vietnamese mint...and the best part is, the Pho costs only $10, what more could you ask for, really!
