Fusion Cafe - Ponsonby

The most humble cafe in the city. It doesn't follow chic-y trends, it only cares about great food, great coffee and friendly service. Its interior is cozy on the inside for winter and summery in its out-the-back courtyard.

The outdoor area is paradise: it's like you're not anywhere near the city. The food and coffee is scrumptious and you can taste the love. My favourite cafe in Auckland.

One of the most reliable and long-standing excellent coffee spots in Auckland! I appreciate their high standards and know that I will always get a perfect flat white here. Good treats available in the cabinet too!

The Vietnamese Salad is the best salad I have ever eaten, ever. 

This is a nice little cafe in on Jervois Road in Ponsonby. It has a really nice courtyard out the back, so you can sit in the sunshine if it's a sunny day - perfect at this time of year. The tables have big umbrellas, so you can choose to sit in the shade or the sun, and it's surrounded by a nice garden. The coffee is good, and the staff are friendly.

We went here with a large group recently for a weekend brunch.  Our group ordered a mix of counter and menu food and everyone was happy with what they received.  Not the cheapest place around, but I guess that's Ponsonby.  We did find the service could have been a little more friendly and there were signs everywhere telling you what you weren't allowed to do, which was a bit offputting.  The pet bunny rabbit was a hit with the kids though.

I was finally there for the first time and really enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly, atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting and opening hours till 5pm are also very good for Auckland. Coffee and Chai were good and so was the muffin. If I recall right, they didn't have wifi.

Went to fusion this morning for breakfast with a few of my friends. The food was really nice and delicious. Also very reasonably price, depending on what you ordered. I had the scrambled eggs with a side of pan fried potatoes and would definitely recommend. Great coffee and cosy atmosphere.

Great food, coffee and beautiful garden out the back (5.0) Down on the Herne Bay side of Ponsonby, this cafe has the most beautiful garden, and such a warm homely feeling. Great Allpress coffee, awesome food, and perfect place for a beer in the afternoon sun. Worth getting off Ponsonby Rd for a change!
