The shop has different brands and lots of styles in good prices

    It's been too long Hannahs. But I am back at the place that supplied me with my school shoes my whole life. Although school shoes are probably not their thing anymore, looks like they have a new niche. 

      Good range of shoes available, from slippers to heels to men's working boots. Has enough seats or couches for customers to sit on while they try on shoes. Only letdown is the lack of customer service, when customers enter the store the staff don't often greet them or ask if they need any help. 

        This is the first 'rave' where I have rated low. The reason for this is, that Hannah's Queen St staff that I have encountered anytime I have wanted to buy shoes, have not been helpful. They don't approach, and don't go out of their way to make you feel welcome in the shop. Sad that I have to rate it lowly, as Hannah's have fantastic shoe deals. My last pair of Hannah's shoes I bought here, I got an assistant who was happy to make the sale, but not so helpful. I will probably go to another Hannah's next time.

          Glad I'm not the only one who's experienced poor service too. The times I've been in the staff have been uninterested, so I no longer go there.

          Very helpful and energized store, the service was superb.

            I was in Hannah's on Queen Street shortly after 9am this morning when they started selling Kardashian Kollection handbags. There were plenty of staff on, they were helpful, the bags were well displayed and reasonably priced.
