Perfect evening of sirloin steak and red wine

My boyfriend and I went here for a dinner date one Sunday evening, taking advantage of the Sunday dinner special. We both enjoyed steaks, which were just beyond belief they were so nice. I had a great key lime pie for dessert. The staff were really friendly, and the bartender mixed me up a perfect cocktail.

This is my favourite steakhouse in the world and the sauces are divine, My favourite is the 200g Black Angus eye fillet off the bone with a simple syrah sauce served medium.   They have a wide selection of food including new Zealand lamb, Tuna, Salads, Delicious bread and the service is very attentive. For an incredible dining experience I would recommend Jervois steakhouse.   You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely outstanding dining experience had at the JSH last week.I had been to Jervois Steak House once before years ago when it first opened, however my husband hadn't been but after the fantastic service and delicious food we both experienced I dare say we'll become fairly regular patrons. Is there a better steak than their Hawkes Bay Scotch fillet? I don't thing so! Thanks Jervois Steak House for making this birthday celebration even more special!

With this being a steakhouse the meat has got to be perfect and it is at JSH. I love the wide selection of meats. I always go for the syrah and truffle jus. Delicious! They have a really nice set menu for sunday supper which is more economical. Also being a meat heavy dish be prepared to not want to do anything after this meal. You'll just want to go home and enjoy your food coma. Even if you go out to a movie, you'll probably fall asleep :) 

This was the nicest steak house that I have ever been too, the service was amazing, and the food was Delicious!! Our waiter was really funny and always made sure he was around if we needed anything, The chocolate fudge dessert with Manuka Honey Liquor was so good too! 

JSS has been one of our favourite dinner destinations over the past few years. The steaks are so high end and the various sauces / butters that come with them make them super special. A great wine list plus good service always help towards a great night out.

Best steak's in Auckland! Cooked exactly as I requested, Will def be coming back in the near future

I've always wanted to go to Jervois Steakhouse but never made it there until recently and boy was it worth the wait. I choose the red king crab leg to start followed by the rib eye with pepper sauce and both were delicious. Our waiter was incredible and knew every inch of the menu. I'll definitely be going back.
