Living & Giving St Lukes

I went into this shop to buy something for a wedding.  The bride and groom have a gift register here.  The shop didn't actually have a lot of the items in stock.  They stocked some nice things but a lot of them were pricey for what you were getting.  For example, the mortar and pestle I had seen elsewhere which was pretty much identical for a quarter of the price.  I dealt with two staff members.  The younger one was helpful and fine.  The older staff member was not very friendly or customer focused.  I felt that it was a nuisance for her to actually have to serve a customer.  

this is one store where you will find quality stuff. We've shopped here in the past for scented candles. Those are of the highest quality and within 5 minutes of lightening them, you can smell the fragrance all around. Even though it may feel pricey but it is quality stuff.

All sorts of lovely items for the home. High quality, stylish and funky. Something to suit everyone !!

Went into Living and Giving today.  Leading up to Christmas I knew it was going to be busy and cramped and I was right.  Gifts all over the place and inconsiderate shoppers.  What annoyed me the most was the poor customer service at the counter.  I was overlooked for a more pushy customer and even though I was buying a gift no gift wrapping was offered.  Disappointing as I do love the range of things in this store but I suggest over the next month or so use the website!!

I love the way the store has been set out, there is heaps of space to move around. The store is very bright and colourful creating a good shopping experience. They have an amazing section called gift wrapping which comes in really handy when needing to wrap gifts immediately.the most unique and interesting products for sale. Very nice and friendly staff. They are always having sales and those are the ones i especially love because they are big reductions like 50% off.

One of the best gift shops around.  I've been shopping here for many years and the standard has never dropped.  The gifts are often unique and useful.  More often than not I buy one for them and one for me because they have such neat stuff. The lovely ladies know their products too.  They will advice, suggest, praise and even gift wrap. The ideal first stop when gift hunting.
