Life Starts with the miniature trains and a ride on the tram but boys don’t grow out of MOTAT. Best Spot for Toddlers.

Classic cars and interactive history... Fantastic

We have been to MOTAT a couple of times now and the kids just love it. Can't beat the Tram ride too...

A fun day out for the whole family and once a month you even get to ride in tanks etc.

my friend is a curator i enjoy antiques and its great for kids

Great place for boys especially. They can climb on old cars etc, take them on the tram ride.

This is a seriously good place to take the kids… and understand the achievements that underpin the life you take for granted today.

If you live in Auckland, have kids and haven’t been to MOTAT yet then this holidays make sure to put it on your list of things to do. The aviation room alone will have any young adventurer’s imagination running wild. You never know, you might just have a young Jean Batten in the making. While your there, make sure you take a ride in the tram, the 30 minute trip is possibly one of the highlights of the MOTAT experience for any young one.

I take my little niece here and she just loves it! Its very interactive :D

so under rated, something for everyone and lots for the kids and big kids to learn. Love it because it’s not just looking, you can actually touch, ride on and interact with most stuff there. Got to be on the list
