I've been a few times to Parkside during the weekend for brunch (and they offer great gluten free options which is awesome). But the real magic is at night when it turns into a Vietnamese restaurant. My husband and I have been twice and it's amazing!! Dishes are on the spicy side, but can be adjusted, the flavours are perfect, the pho is great, but even better is the clay pot pork belly and the shaking beef. Ah-mazing!! The pork belly is definitely a must-try. Rich, sweet and tender. The staff are very friendly, and they understand gluten free requirements, which is always a problem for me. I can't rate this place highly enough. They're often completely booked out, so it pays to book a table in advance.
