Teresa has owned and operated The Hardware Cafe since 1996, she and her bustling cafe are definitely part of Titirangi's social fabric. The cuisine is a collection of Asian, British, Greek, Italian, Mediterranean, Moroccan and Middle Eastern. So no excuses for anyone not finding anything on the menu to tempt.

Outdoor seating is available, as well as The Toolroom for private functions. The emphasis is on relaxed eating. Should you be up up in the early hours it is not unknown for a singing barista to give you a coffee hit as early as 5.30am.

Great food!Friendly staff!

I don't live in Titirangi, but when I go there, this is a must stop. Great coffee and great service. Only problem is finding a table at peak times! #shoutme

They serve my fav coffee beam so Def get a love from me…Mmmm allpress

Hardware Cafe is such a gem in a great village. Great food, coffee and vibe. Love the singing barista!

Mochas served at the Hardware Cafe in Titirangi, Auckland have a rich chocolate flavour backed by a good caffeine kick and marshmallows. Perfect way to fuel up before hitting the Waitakere Ranges hiking trails with mochaccino and mocha latte coffees available.

The location is half the reason why I like this place. Nestled in the cute titirangi village, with friendly staff and giant bowls of hot chocolate.. this place is worth a visit.

Simply the best coffee, service, atmosphere and people

The barista there is an icon! Always singing, smiling and adds to the experience of a fab coffee

Take a weekend drive out to the Hardware Cafe and pick up a hot drink before you head out to watch the waves roll in on your favourite West Coast beach. This little cafe makes a mighty fine hot chocolate and is the perfect place to stop in and recharge on your way out to the coast. The staff are super friendly and will make you feel right at home, it also happens to be the perfect spot for people watching - one of my all time favourite past times.

The place to have good coffee and meet friends
