Whether you're looking for an at-home adventure, or are visiting Auckland and looking for something a little different to do, the Riverhead Cruise is a must-do. Jump on the special Riverhead Ferry downtown and be transported on a beautiful route through Auckland's harbour to Riverhead Tavern. Ferry times vary day to day depending on the tide so be sure to check the website and book ahead. No photos from the friend's birthday I did this for sadly, but had such a great time!

    This is such a cool way to spend your day, cruising  on the ferry directly from the CBD to this pub.  great food, great atmosphere what more could you want?  I want to go back there as soon as possible , you should take your out-of-town friends there to show off Auckland 

      Fun atmosphere, no glitz, no glam, no gossip or people watchers - its all about FUN company, great people, mingling and did I mention FOOD!?

        Best way to spend a Sunday arvo. Live blues, superb BBQ. Love it!!

            Talk about outstanding! Food is devine, one of the best sirloins! I ordered the lamb fillet On beetroot, feta & mint waldorf salad with blue cheese yoghurt dressing & toasted sourdough bread!  yummm It was packed, cosy and fun atmosphere with the nicest food

              Reasonable prices, lovely outdoor dining area, very relaxing, had a great time here with friends,  Definately be  back again.

                  My wife and I really enjoyed the setting and after dinner enjoyed a nice walk down to the river.

                    I got invited to a birthday here and im so glad i went, it is not somewhere i would have picked on my own.   The food was really yummy, filling and satisfying :) happy customer. There was a large group of us and we were one of those annoying last customers but the staff were really good - not impatient or hurrying us just letting us go at our own pace.   It has a lovely setting on the river and there is an option to arrive at the restaurant by boat and dine :) how great !! Next time i would love to try this.
