    Good range of books nice ambiance

      Huge range of all favourite titles and if you can't find the book you are looking for they will order it in for you. Quick service, tons of magazines and great gift selection for children and adults too. There is quite a large stationary area so office supplies can be topped up at the same time.

        Whitcoulls has a great range of  books and stationary related products. The layout of the shop is good and makes it very easy to find what you want quickly. The staff are always on to help with anything you need in a nice friendly manner. The location is great in a central area of the mall and is handy when having something to eat

          Often in the recent past Whitcoulls stores have been light on literature and heavy on stationary, DVDS, and nick-nacs. However, Whitcoulls at Westfield Albany has a very good selection of books in a wide range of genres. It's a very relaxing place in which to spend a little time browsing the shelves and sampling the titles on offer. 

            We were here last weekend and stopped in this weekend to get a pen and there were a sale on the kids floor and we ended up with 4 toy tigers. The kids floor had changed since last week and there was lots happening. There was a new display of a kids craft toy and a new play forklift. The staff here are really dedicated to providing new experiences for their families it’s great!

              Whitcoulls Albany is a great place to update your bookshelf. With two levels to choose from you’re bound to find something to suit your needs. Upstairs is a great place to take the kids, with games and activities they will be entertained while you browse. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Parking is easy and it’s close to public transport.

                Coming to whitcoulls in Albany is a treat! I am spoilt for choice when it comes to books and treats for myself and the gift ideas are endless. BUT the best art is the upstairs area. They have gone above and beyond in creating an atmosphere that promotes children's enjoyment and discovery through reading. I delight in watching my daughter explore ther range of books and find it hard to not leave with two or three of them. We always end up at the coffee store afterwards reading our new purchases together, Well done whitcoulls Albany!

                  This is a great bookshop, with an extensive range of books, gift items, stationery and toys. Whenever we are at the mall, I always try and have a browse and have got many Christmas and birthday presents here, as well as a book or two for myself. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their range. There is probably something for every reader here so it is a great stop if you are looking for someone with everything!

                    I absolutely love books and Whitcoulls always seems to have the book im looking for. The staff is always very friendly and helpful which makes navigating the store a lot easier.
