Located in an upstairs spot on the busy K Rd, Tea Culture is a relaxing tea lounge sharing its home with KFM radio, a tattoo shop and art gallery. With a huge selection of loose leaf teas to choose from, you can find all sorts of herbal options complete with full descriptions on the ailments they claim to heal.

A great place to escape the hustle and bustle, listen to funky tunes coming from the neighbouring radio station while enjoying one of their tasty teas which are stored in large glass jars and creatively presented by trendy staff.

Full of love and peace, the perfect place to nourish the body and soul.

Not just a little tea shop but so much more to it, it's a culture just like its name. My favorite part is its monthly tea meditation workshop on the 4th Sunday, a perfect place to recharge.

love

It is a hidden treasure on K Rd filled with love and peace. I had the best organic green and black tea at their monthly tea meditation workshop (usually 4th Sunday of the month at 10am). The positive feeling lingered for days. The leaves were only a few months old, so fresh that you are not going to find it elsewhere.

Tea Culture is sort of hidden away, up a set of stairs and off the busy street. Inside, it’s quiet and peaceful – you’d never know you’re on K Rd. There are so many flavours of tea to try, both herbal and black, and I love how once you’ve finally made your choice your tea is served on a stand over a candle, to keep it warm.

hey Amanda, I think you will too love the tea experience at Tea Culture this Sunday 24 Aug 10am. They teach meditation using the art of tea monthly, the best organic green tea I have ever enjoyed.

Like olives, mushrooms and anchovies it took me a little longer than everyone else to acquire a taste for tea. One of my first experiences on the path to tea enlightenment was going to Tea Culture on K’road. Located upstairs near Illicit you can either choose to grab some to takeaway or sit in and relax with a hot brew. The staff KNOW their tea and are always helpful when selecting what you are after. My latest purchase? A green tea infused with dried fruit, delicious.

Cool :)

This hidden gem is a lovely spot for a catch up with friends! They have a wide range of loose leaf teas, which you can drink in the cafe or buy by the gram to enjoy at home. A wide range of herbal and medicinal blends for all sorts of antioxidant goodness! The cafe itself has thick rugged wooden furniture and the daylight pours in beautifully through the wall of windows overlooking K Rd & St Kevin’s Arcade. Enjoy the easy vibes of k fm radio, which is aired from the same place. Watch the DJ’s spin and soak up some of the art on display in the gallery adjoined. Such a healthy, chill vibe. Love this place.

Superb :)

I've been a massive fan of this place ever since it opened. There are SO many different flavors of tea to try (and they're all in jars!), it makes me feel like a kid in a candy shop. All the staff know what they're talking about - you can walk in there and receive an education in tea. And the atmosphere is great - it shares it's space with an art gallery, a tattoo parlor, and a radio station!

Lovely :)

It is easy to spend some time sniffing through the many varieties of teas to find the perfect blend. Then again if you are pressed for time it is quite easy to find your favorites as they have categorized the teas perfectly.
