My local when it comes to getting my coffee on the way to work, I can’t get past the Mocha but the range of coffee caters to anyone’s taste and with so many nearby cafes and sweet stores my drink is the perfect compliment to any snack i may have picked up along the way.

The thing i love most about Corellis is the tight knit staff they have who, after becoming a bit of a regular there make you feel like part of the family whenever they see you. Great tasting coffees and savories and i love the Hot chocolate when i feel like something a bit different.

This place has just opened recently and the location is second to none, it really helps you zone out of the bustling Auckland city life and just lets you enjoy a lovely coffee and snack with a fantastic view and the area is really well kept and clean. Perfect little getaway!

The thing i love most about this place is the fact is it never packed and noisy. Don’t let that be an indication of the service though, well presented coffee’s that taste amazing and a great range of breakfast and lunch options to boot. This place is perfect if you enjoy a quiet morning with good service and above all excellent food and drink.

Warm staff and delicious coffee. Have snacks on offer in store as well but with all the surrounding places nearby there is never any fear of not having the perfect coffee to go with my favorite snack. I’m a sucker for a Mocha and Columbus know just how i like it!

Driving a V8 racing car is probably one of the most scariest things i have ever done but after the experience i felt such an amazing buzz my only advice other than to try it is to purchase as many laps as you can!

I’ve always been into ghost stories and horror movies so when i went to Spookers i was terrorfied but at the same time excited. I really loved the haunted house where i was eventually chased by zombie hillbillies and afterwards we enjoyed a pizza over a few drinks as well. Was scary but a great experience that I’d love to do again!

Driving across the Auckland bridge everyday often left me wondering what it would be like to jump off, so that’s precisely what i did! The bungy experience is so well organised and they make it feel as safe as possible but the rush i got plummeting head first towards the harbor was so scary and surreal for any thrill seeker this is a must try!

Being afraid of heights the Fear Fall ride at Rainbows End was an absolute screamer for me. On a busy day the lines can get quite long but if an adrenaline rush is your idea of fun then it is definitely worth the wait. The best part for me was the anxious wait at the peak of the fall just before they drop the brakes and let you fall for your life!

Once your all strapped in and ready, your off! The rush of being thrown around in a high speed Jet boat around the Auckland Harbor really is second to none. Nice coastline views and more adrenaline than the body can handle if your like me then this experience will leave you wanting to come back or start a saving fund for a Jet boat of your own!

I don’t think there is a place where you can order a pizza quite as large and authentic as the american style ones they do at Sals. This place really is the american pizza experience, they even had a guy with an american accent take my order over the phone.

Fast and delicious food with a real authentic south American taste and style. This place has a real buzzing atmosphere as well and the guys in the kitchen must be doing something special because the ribs i had were simply amazing! Will be returning soon.

I have been waiting for an alternative to all the generic fast take outs littered along Queen Street and Carl’s Jr for me is now the absolute king of Queen Street, with burger styles and sizes I’d never seen before it really is a taste of something fresh and for me personally the milkshakes with added cream are to die for!

Absolutely delicious, in terms of getting a better donut in New Zealand I would say you’d be hard pressed to get past this place. The White Rainbow Sprinkle is my favorite but they have an awesome range of toppings and flavors. A must try for any donut lover!

Wherever i can get a good plate of ribs i will go and Bonz Cajun Kitchen has definitely got me coming back for more! The staff are great and are happy to help with any questions about the food and are really accommodating when it comes to adding spices or sides to your dish to make that much more perfect.

For me nothing beats the outdoor seating area on a nice sunny day. With a good view of the nearby beach and with the option of getting breakfast dishes all day this always makes me think of coffee club when it comes to a nice breakfast or a late brunch!

A local spot for me that I have been going to my entire life, delicious food that is well presented and the location is second to none, with plenty of in and outdoor seating Stone Oven is a great place to get brekky!

My favorite little cafe in the heart of Belmont, don’t let the size of Vanilla fool you though the breakfast and coffees they whip up are amazing, if your in the area and feel like something casual yet quality then Vanilla is your answer.

What they serve is displayed on a huge blackboard with a great display of all the savories on offer. They are always making great additions to the menu as well and the staff are friendly and always provide the best service possible. When i get stuck with the little ones in the morning this place is great for me to zone out and enjoy a bite while they burn energy in the play area out front.

Nothing beats the location! Right on the beach with a fantastic view of Rangitoto and warm and friendly staff to top it all off. I love buffets and this place serves a delicious breakfast buffet as well as doing lunches.

Ezone is a great store that while being small in size can really cater to some mammoth IT solutions. Have been going to this place for years and have never left dissapointed with the service and product knowledge provided by these guys!

This place has Geek written all over it and trust me thats a good thing! The guys who work here have such a strong passion for what they do it’s almost impossible not to get sucked into the store and hear about whats on offer. EB always has a huge range of games and whats better is they let you do trade-ins for your old ones!

Not being a full fledged Geek at Vagabond would leave you feeling like the odd one out. This place is awesome! The staff live and breathe through the games and collectables they sell and they even welcome people to come along and just hang out! Great place for gamers 10/10 from me.

Descending down the stairs towards King Of Cards always gives me the buzz and excitement of what lies within. This place is central for Geeks within the Auckland CBD area, always competitive gaming and huge card collections on display the best way to describe this place is really summed up in the name!

Through my love for the Vagabond in Takapuna i have naturally discovered the store in the Auckland Central, this place is just as great! The selection for games and collectables here is just as good if not better but the thing i love most is how both stores work in tandem to organise awesome competitions and prizes.

The Patriot is a great local bar and kitchen located right in the heart of Devonport on a nice day this place is always buzzing and is the perfect place to meet up for a drink and a bite to eat before the nights festivities kick off.

I love the smoothies from the Tank Juice bar in Takapuna, i literally can walk down the steps from my gym and have all the options i need for a healthy and delicious drink that keeps me going and feeling great for the rest of the day!

One of my personal favorites! A great list of wine and beers on tap as well as offering a number of tasty meals from the kitchen, including pizza! For me if I’m just catching up with a friend or looking for a night out i always consider wrestling with the Elephant.

On a sunny day there aren’t many that can top this place, located right on the beach front with the view of windsurfers and jetskis topped off with friendly staff and delicious cafe food and drink, this place is like a little piece of summer that never leaves!

Love this place! Always pumping on a Thursday night and the outdoor area, littered with outdoor heating really provides an atmosphere that draws people in off the street. Cannot over-exaggerate the amount of fun times I have had here!
