    My number one destination to take people that live out of town

      This is a great place to spend a summer's afternoon with a picnic! The gardens are amazing! There is so much to see, photograph and enjoy AND its free - doesn't get much better than that. They also hole open air movies here in the warmer months, which are a must-see.

        It's beautiful and really well set out. It caters for a lot of people.

          This is a great place to go for a day trip or afternoon. I took my nana here while she was on holiday over Summer and she just loved the abundance of flora and fauna, the fab park like setting, and all the seats scattered throughout for a rest (it;s a pretty big place!).

            I went in first last year on my own thinking it was not a man's place, you know pretty flowers, not much action... I loved it and thought it was so interesting. Went back last week with my husband; we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Each section tells a story and relates to a period in our history. The gardens are a small museum. And crazily it is free.

              Beautiful Gardens set in the heart of Hamilton. A great day out for a stroll and picnic. And best of all its free entry.

                I love the gardens especially for an afternoon lunch at the cafe. The food is amazing with the view to match. Highly reccomended to vist before, during or after your visit to the gardens :) #shoutme

                  I love the hamilton gardens, its a free but that is not the only great thing about it also that you can expense all different kinds of culture. It is also a great walk and very easy to get around.

                    Love the Hamilton gardens! Always good on a sunny day for a picnic and a study break during exam time. There's a really awesome new area that's being opened in 2015 and I can't wait - I had a sneak peak over the fence the Tudor garden looks incredible. The cafe by the lake is also great for lunch. And it's free for entry!
